If you do want to bring someone to the studio to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, they are welcome to come in with you during your consultation, look around, and come back later to pick you up. If you’re running late for your session, please call us as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule and accommodate your needs. We’ll do our best to make sure that you receive the full experience and that we capture the best possible portraits. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, however, we may not be able to take you and you risk losing your booking deposit.

Yes, your boudoir session will be completely private. Only the team, including hair and makeup artists, the photographer, and any assistants, will be present during the session. We will always respect your privacy and comfort level.

We require all clients to sign a model release form, which gives us permission to photograph you and to use your portraits for promotional purposes. We respect your privacy and will never use your portraits in a way that makes you uncomfortable or compromises your integrity. All clients have the choice of a Full Release (showing face) or a Partial Release (not showing face or identifying features).

A typical boudoir session lasts about 2-3 hours, including hair and makeup and the photography portion. We take the time to ensure that you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process and that we capture the best possible portraits. The following appointment a week later is a 1.5 hour viewing session to select your final portraits for our artists to finish.

Yes, we recommend bringing a playlist of songs that make you feel energized, confident, and empowered. Please note that we have Sonos speakers that can be used by having Spotify, or any app that can connect to Bluetooth devices (Android) or Airplay (iPhones).

As a policy, the deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the session, however, there is a deadline of 5 business days prior to your session date to cancel or reschedule without penalty or loss of your deposit. This is because we book and pay the creative team a week in advance to reserve their time for your session.

Our experienced team will provide you with styling guidance, hair and makeup to make you feel your best, and we’ll work with you to create a relaxed and intimate environment. We’ll direct you through poses that showcase your beauty from head to toe, and help you feel empowered and confident. Our goal is to create portraits that celebrate your journey and tell your story.

Viewing sessions can be done as early as 1 week after your studio session. This gives us time to cull through your session and present only the best of the best for you to review and choose from. Once purchased, we estimate 8-12 weeks turnaround for your artwork to be in-hand from our facility in Italy. During this time, our team will retouch and digitally paint your portraits to give them that beautiful fine art finish that FABLE is known for. Our artwork is custom designed and crafted to your specifications. As a result, the turnaround time can vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece, or the number of portraits you commission. We will keep you informed throughout the process and let you know as soon as your artwork is ready for pickup.
